Personalised items

Items made to your specifications — with your text, name or photo — can't be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged or not as you ordered. Please check your details carefully before you order.

Gift sets

If you change your mind about a ready-made gift set, contact us within 5 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are for your account unless the item was faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear photo. We'll repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method, or by EFT if you paid us directly.
